Our maid did a fantastic job and the Bathrooms were really nice. Though this facility was smoke-free, the old stale smoke smell was still heavy throughout. The carpet is stained up everywhere and stinks. The hotel common areas, particularly the hallways need major renovation.

This property was just ok- nothing like the other Harrahs locations we’ve visited.
